Three bedrooms, two bathrooms – Over 1250 square feet. Waterfront at Rock Lane Marina.
The floor plan consists of one level -- Living room, Dining area, Kitchen, Back deck, Master bedroom (Queen), Bedroom #2 (King), Bunkroom (sleeps 4).
Why stay far from the marina when you can be right next door? Come sit on the deck and enjoy your morning coffee looking at the water! Gentle slope for easy walk right down to the water's edge. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Unit has a Queen bed in master with walk in shower and big jetted tub. View of lake from both the master bedroom and the bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed, and the shared bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The bunkroom has two bunk beds, for a total of 4 twin mattresses. All TVs have streaming devices, so you can sign into your apps (no cable). Everything you need is right on the resort grounds -- two restaurants (Rock Island Grill, and Parrots Pavilion Tiki Bar), marina with boat and slip rentals, swimming pool, and corn hole. Live music at the Tiki Bar on the weekends during the summer! All located on Indian Point directly on the lake! You won't find a better location than this one!

The condo was very nice, clean, spacious, perfect for our family. It was equipped with everything we needed. The location is also a plus, corner condo a few steps from the pools and Tiki Bar & Grill and steps away from the lake. The only down side, which is more on the Resort, was that the restaurant closes at 8p and bar at 9p during the week. Also the resort should have assigned parking for the guests. Tiki bar is pretty packed by locals on the weekend so there is no parking for the paying guests. The resort should also clean up the lake shore area behind the condos so it could be accessible for the guests. My kids would've loved to swim in the lake but there was twigs sticking out and some young trees coming up. Aside from that, the place was Great, we had an amazing time exploring Branson.

Overall, this place was nice for a short stay. The pictures did not match the unit we stayed in. I believe the host owns multiple units and took one set of pictures and posted the same pictures for each unit she owns, so you may want to check with her on the unit you want to clarify what it looks like (we had different furniture than what was pictured). It was very clean but we did have issues with ants in the kitchen (we found an old candy cane under a seat cushion by a kitchen window that caused the ants). The fire place did not work and the host said someone was going to show up to fix it, but he never did. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything on the floor above you so it was difficult to get sleep at night. The host was a great communicator and the location was perfect. Very close to a lot of attractions and you are right by the lake. I would still recommend this to family and friends.

It was clean and had enough beds for my whole group. The bunk beds are on the small side and have a railing, which in the picture they did not, so I wouldnt plan on an adult sleeping in them, but they were great for younger to school aged kids. Also the couch is not a sleeper sofa like I thought the description said, but the recliners laid pretty flat. Other than that though, it was very clean and updated. It had everything we needed including 2 sets of washers and dryers. Great view of the lake from the property, and within easy walking distance to the lake. If it wasnt in the off season, it looked like there was a lot to do on the property. It also looked like they were working on a lot of up keep and improvements on the grounds.The owner was also very responsive when I had questions. Had a great stay!
