About this house rental
After your first visit, you will want to come back year after year..........look at the many reviews. Encinitas permit #RNTL-007074-2016.
I do neet to inform you that the house just south of the rental is being rebuilt, and thus there sometimes is construction noise from about 8am to 4:30pm. The noisiest part, demolition, is over, but I can not predict what comes with each day. Renters have not had any problems.
The private 1 bedroom unit is very clean and has granite counter tops, fully tiled shower, landscaped private backyard, large dedicated parking spot right in-front, and Air Conditioning which is unusual for most rentals in the area.
Located in a quiet area it has a completely private backyard and entrance from the house it is attached to. It is only 2 blocks from famous Moonlight Beach, and 4 blocks old-town Encinitas. Encinitas is considered by many as one of the true gem beach areas in the county, providing many niche eating and shopping options.
Amenities include a queen sized bed, stone floor, and the entertainment system includes a 50 inch flat screen TV with all local and standard cable channels (YoutubeTV), plus Netflix. Sit in your private backyard and have a meal the patio table. Microwave is also a convection oven, so there is not a standard stove.
Moonlight is one of the most popular beaches in North County San Diego, with facilities that include restrooms, showers, volleyball courts, fire pits, beach rentals , children’s playground, and even a great snack bar! If you want a more secluded beach, just walk about 100 yards north or south on the beach.
Walk into downtown Old Encinitas and eat at one of the many great restaurants or shop at the small unique shops.
The unit has complete set of dishes, linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and wifi. Also has private washer and dryer. Drip coffee maker with filters.
There is no bath tub, so for small children, it may not be a great place.
We are dog-friendly. The unit is best suited for small to mid-size dogs.

No smoking in unit or in backyard.
Quite time after 10pm, this is a quiet neighborhood
Dogs can not be left alone (inside or outside) if they bark.
Couch needs to be covered if you have a dog, and not allowed on bed.

This place was a perfect get-away spot for us. The short walk to the beach and to numerous restaurants meant that we could leave the car parked for most of our vacation. It’s a beautiful spot in a safe and friendly neighborhood. Clean and well equipped. Great hosts!

Our host was welcoming. Called to see if there was anything we needed. The accommodations were clean and very well stocked. It was the perfect size for our weekend getaway. We loved it!

Great location just off the 101 and an easy walk to downtown Encinitas. The space was super clean and cozy, and the washer/dryer was such a nice bonus. Our little dog loved having the patio to wander in and out of!

We had a great stay. The location was excellent. The host’s communication was outstanding—clear, prompt, and always available when we had questions. The home was exactly as described and made for a great experience. Highly recommend!
