Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming house in Locmariaquer, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi, measuring 70 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, fitted kitchen, bedroom, mezzanine with sleeping area, bathroom (with shower) and a 700 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- A mezzanine with 2 single beds

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 700 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Locmariaquer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
