Queen Anne Victorian Mansion. Experience. Five bedrooms, Plus loft area (6 Beds)/4.5 bath. Additional Trundle Bed with 2 Fulls, Sitting Room/Office with Queen Sleeper Sofa. Full Futon, and Twin Convertable chair. Total Beds 11.The home has been restored to its original charm. Two Blocks to Dot Free Shuttle running thru out the Historic District.. SBR-00164

Fantastic Victorian mansion, 2 blocks from beautiful Forsyth Park. Restored to original condition, this house is filled with unique woodwork, stained glasss windows and other features. Enter into large historic foyer which will bring you back to the late 1800`s. Parlor level includes living room, dining room, kitchen, butler`s pantry and powder room and Office/sitting room with convertable couch.. Beautiful kitchen is complete with new gas oven, microwave, two dishwashers, butler`s pantry and fireplace. The original grand staircase takes you to the living quarters where you will find four meticulously restored bedrooms, each with its own charm. Two bedrooms have king and two have queen beds Two bedrooms have private baths and two share a Jack and Jill style full bathroom. The attic level includes a bathroom with freestanding copper tub as well as a large bedroom with king bed. We have full fulton and a trundle bed with two fulls. Loft area in TV room has a Queen bed. Three off street parking spaces are available to guests. Streets are not metered so parking tends to be available as well on Gwinnett.
Free Dot Shuttle stop two blocks from the house at Gwinnett and Drayton. Runs thru out the Historic District.
Wireless internet, Internet TV
We will typically provide arrival instructions and leave guests to enjoy the house. Always available by phone or email to answer any questions.

Basement level of house is not part of the rental space. Access to the house is thru the front door and side door on right side of the house.
We do provide queen air mattresses and a queen cot with foam mattress should guests prefer their own sleeping space.

This property is very lovely classic from the 1880s, well maintained and well equipped. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and cooking ware. It was a nice touch having Keurig coffee pods supplied by the host. We were a group of ten men and everyone had a comfortable bed.

We absolutely loved the location and how well stocked the home was (kitchen, towels, games- so many extra touches). Easy in and out and appreciate the preservation of the historic charm

Listing does not include that the property has two tenants on the ground floor. In order to enter the house, everything has to be taken up a flight of steps. Flooring is in poor condition (missing pieces, scratched) on the main floor. The Kroger is right beside the house, separated by a two lane road. Loud delivery trucks, people every where. Heard gun shot, two cars drive off and then siren came in the direction of the house. Towels had someone’s hair on them and hair from somebody in a shower. Beautiful tub on 3rd floor but no hot water to fill it. No movies to watch in the movie room but have xfinity channels. Great kitchen, complete with everything needed. Comfy bed on the 3rd floor, enjoyed the game room. Beautiful staircase, nicely furnished rooms. Love the history of the home.
