Wonderful basement apartment. Spacious but very comfortable. Set in a quiet area outside town. Greg provided great information immediately before we arrived and was very responsive to our questions.
Highly recommended; we would return if we are in the area again.

Everything that I needed was thought of and thoughtfully placed. Exceeded my expectations. Quiet community located ideally for my commute, from interstate and shopping. The owner was conveniently accessible. Would stay again, absolutely.

We came to Tennessee for a friends wedding and needed a nice place we could bring our dog. Greg was very accommodating and communicative throughout our trip and before. I had questions before booking and he replied within 10 minutes. He answered all my questions and was very kind and helpful. When we arrived he messaged to check in and see if we found everything okay. The place was exactly like the pictures and description. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and safe. It gets dark out there and walking a dog you want to feel safe in your surroundings. This is the place to stay. Don’t look any further, just press book! It is located to a lot of things. Downtown Kingsport is not far. There are tons of shops and things to do nearby. We enjoyed our time at Greg’s place.

This is a great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, out of town but not too far out. This is my second time here and both times have been great. I would definitely recommend.
