Trash comes on Tuesday's, so if you are staying with us please pull the trash around. It would help us so much! Thank you!
Our standard cleaning fee covers routine turnover after normal use. If the home is left in a condition that requires additional deep cleaning beyond our standard service, an extra cleaning fee of $150 will be charged to the card on file.
For guests bringing pets, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay applies. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking and approved prior to arrival.

The renovation of the property was very nicely done. Location to downtown was fantastic! Neighborhood is still in the works of improvement. Backyard is almost fully fenced. Small dogs and curious wanderers can easily escape.

Very nicely renovated and location was so close to downtown. Host was super responsive with what we needed. It was a fun girls weekend adventure and a comfortable place to stay.
