About this house rental
In the Comtoise valley of the Saône, in the heart of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, discover "Le Plessis-Vannon", family house restored with taste and authenticity, classified 5 stars by the National Agency of the Ministry of Tourism.
In this "country chic" style residence, you will be charmed by the refined decoration, the quality materials, the very comfortable facilities, the private heated indoor swimming pool (from the beginning of April to the end of October) and the large petanque playground and badminton as well as the 7 adult bikes and the child bike.
You will find the bakery at 1 km, all services (supermarket, pharmacy, doctor ...) at 6 km.
Located in the heart of a triangle formed by the cities of Vesoul at 45 km, Besançon at 50 km and Dijon at 70 km, you will enjoy a rich and varied regional heritage.
Our house includes:
On the ground floor: Large entrance with piano.
Large living room of 40 m² with fully fitted American kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, "American" fridge, etc.).
Shower room with walk-in shower, separate WC, laundry with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor, three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: a 180x200 bed for a couple.
Bedroom 2: a 180x200 bed and an 80x200 bed for a couple and a single person.
Bedroom 3: (Under the mezzanine) a 120x190 bed which can be suitable for an adult or two children.
We also provide a baby cot and a high chair.
Large bathroom with three adapted basins, bathtub, walk-in shower.
Separate WC.
In Mezzanine:
One bedroom: two 90x200 beds for two people.
A playroom for children under the eaves (table football and various games: Lego, Playmobil ...).
Plus :
High speed telephone and internet, all household appliances, Nespresso coffee machine (welcome capsules provided), flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, Hi-Fi system, piano…
And outside :
30 m² sunny terrace with parasols and gas barbecue overlooking shaded garden.
The 8 x 4 m swimming pool is reserved for your exclusive use. It is equipped with a counter-current swimming system, heating and a telescopic shelter conforming to child safety and which allows swimming in all weathers from the beginning of April to the end of October (use of open shelter or closed shelter ).
It has a fully equipped pool house (WC, fridge with freezer, microwave ...)
A large landscaped and lit 12 x 6 m field is at your disposal to play boules, badminton, Finnish skittles, mini-tennis ...
We provide you with 8 bikes, two of which can be fitted with seats (supplied) for young children.
The garage for one car is closed by an electric door.

Very well equipped, clean cottage. We received a warm welcome from the owners and a comprehensive introduction to the property. Due to the unseasonably bad weather whilst we were there, we were unable to make best use of the facilities but there were plenty of them, including a heated pool. The only criticism was that the chairs in the living room were not very comfortable but I imagine guests would normally spend their time outside where there is plenty of garden furniture.

Jean-Pierre and Chantal were the perfect hosts. On arrival at their delightful property they were there to greet us and show us around . During our stay they were always available to answer any questions at short notice. The property has been refurbished to a very high standard in keeping with its character, wooden beams , wood burner and also very tastefully furnished. The property is positioned in generous mature grounds with a south facing garden and a beautiful outside pool with a proper cover allowing you to swim all year round. Such is the spacious outside area that you can work your way around the garden each day, with breakfast on the patio area moving to the swimming pool zone before moving to the playing area be it badminton or boules. Then back to the patio for evening bbq everything is perfect! For provisions there is a local supermarket and Boulangerie some 10 minutes away by car. Should you wish to explore the village and around there are a great selection of bicycles and pleasant walks on foot. The area is very pretty with river Vannon close by. Our holiday was so good we’ve booked again but you need to be quick too secure your dates as this is a very popular property . 10 out of 10!

Thank you Chantal and Jean Pierre for a wonderful stay in your beautiful house. It was so enjoyable and we made full use of all the facilities. As it was such a hot week, we used the pool many times a day, and house was so well appointed and equipped, it had everything we needed. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time, merci beaucoup!
