The house is huge with very high ceiling 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths full garage to use for works , it is a short distance from the DOMAIN with famous restaurants, bars and shopping, very close to Q2 Soccer Stadium(FC Austin) . The house is located next to Mopac loop 1 and interstate 35 so you are within minutes to downtown and the rivers.The backyard has a deck with 2 outdoor tables and plenty of chairs with umbrella and 2 barbecue grills one uses propane and the other one is charcoal it is fenced for your privacy and security for your pets and children while they played. WIFI is equipped with highest fiber optic good for company to send employees to work weekly or monthly. All the furniture and amenities are brand new for you to use. also, monthly and weekly special rate.
