Centrally located, very beautiful and lovingly furnished 120m² house on 3 levels in a quiet, green atmosphere with a great infrastructure, suitable for couples or families with many children, for friends, groups or even singles who like it generous.
Coming from the cozy courtyard, you enter a fully furnished, modern kitchen with seating area on the lower level. Everything is here to conjure up a leisurely breakfast or evening dinner. (Of course you can also eat out, restaurants nearby!)A small balcony with a view of a magnificently grown magnolia tree borders the kitchen. On the first level, which you can reach via an open staircase, a 45 sqm, bright living room awaits you. Stylish interior and a fireplace create a cozy atmosphere. In this room there is a sofa bed for 2 people and a dining table for 6 people. In the 2nd Upstairs is the bathroom with shower and corner bath and 2 bedrooms with 3 beds each. Extra beds for young and old are possible with baby cots or guest beds throughout the house. The stairs have child protection.

Oppiner St is a bit away from the main Train station and Marktplatz (town center) but it's right next to the Trotha tram station and there are a number of trams to whisk you either place in minutes. Beds are comfy and large (maybe even a King by American stds) by EU standards. Lots of space on multiple levels (there are a lot of stairs!) .... Rolf and Susanne are avail if you need them. Highly recommend!
