About this house rental

Self contained one bedroom house with upstairs open plan bedroom with a separate fully tiled upstairs bathroom including shower, sink and toilet.
Fully fitted kitchen (no D/W or W/M) including F/F, built under electric single oven with gas hob, 1/1.2 bowel sink.

The lounge sofa bed converts into a double bed, there is a wall mounted plasma 32" TV for your viewing entertainment

Electric radiators are used for the central heating of the building, all electricity and gas bills are included.
