About this apartment rental
Apartment Bassi was completely renovated in the summer of 2019 In short, a new kitchen, new bathroom, new beds, everything new. Description: Sunny 6 person apartment with large south-facing terrace. In between the two main slopes of Breuil Cervina (slope 3.00 and slope 3a). Parking garage for 1 car, basement room and ski box. Very well equipped due to complete renovation in 2019. Hall, kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed (can also be made into 2 separate beds) + lockable room with bunk bed, wifi, stereo, bluetooth box, TV, Nespresso, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Large terrace accessible from the living room, double doors. Fantastic view. Ski-in Ski-Out 200 mt. With enough snow possibility to start from the apartment. Restaurants 200 mt. Cervinia center and cabin lift within walking distance 400 mt.

WINTER: Slope next door. 350km ski slope. Children's slope and baby lift within walking distance. Large winter playground for children within walking distance. Matterhorn (Cervino). Longest section in Europe (22 km) from 3883 to 1540 m. Winter ski area open from November 1 to the first weekend in May. Last weekend of October also open. Extensive cross-country skiing area.
SUMMER: Extensive hiking possibilities in the summer, mountain climbing, mountain biking, hiking, snowboard camp, tennis golf, golf course within walking distance (500mt), paragliding, children's playground, inflatables. Summer skiing possible. In the summer in July and August, lifts are open every day from 07.30 to 13.30/14. 30.

Stunning Ski Resort - incredible views and central to everything is the Matterhorn peak.It really is a special ski resort.Properly had been recently redone so everything felt quite modern and new. Decent parking options and quite easy to find.Note - property is up quite a steep hill from the village and there is no shuttle bus. Its about a 10 minute tiring (!) walk - Technically you can ski in/out but its not that easy. I'd say its important you have snowchains or snow tyres as its a high resort and if it snows you will need them.Martijn responds quickly to resolve anything and offer advise as needed,We as a family of 5 with kids aged 16, 18 and 20 were just about ok in this apartment.This is a good option if you are considering staying in Cervinia. We have skied as a family a lot and as a resort and ski area this has been one of our favourite resorts. You are in safe hands with Martijn, this property and Cervinia!

Martijn was a brilliant host & the property managers were also really helpful. The apartment is small but perfectly formed. Ideal for two adults and two kids in the bunks. Wish we could have skied in / out but the snow was at unusually low levels so sadly wasn't possible, so we just hired a locker for the skis near the lift. Our first time skiing in Italy - great food, friendly locals, efficient lift system and considerably cheaper & way quieter than France! The town is in a spectacular location under the Matterhorn. Perfect spot for family fun.
