DESCRIPTION
Just off the ocean in Pacific Beach is Bluewater Surfside One, just 3 homes from the sand. This property encompasses the entire first level of a 2-home duplex and has a separate entrance and outdoor space with ocean views.
The open-concept living area comes with leather furniture in front of a roaring fireplace and large TV. The dining area is tucked away in a space under a colorful wall display and chandelier. A minimalist dining table easily accommodates a group of 6 with additional seating at the nearby breakfast bar. The ocean-view kitchen has the feel of a professional chef’s space with its stainless steel-faced cabinets and appliances, slab granite countertops, and elegant, streamlined look.
Besides the prime Pacific Beach location, Bluewater Surfside 1 features a ground-level gated patio in the front, complemented by tropical foliage, giving it a true California beach feel. This was a beautiful property in an incredible location. Just far enough off the beach to have a little privacy while still having perfect access to the beach - beautiful sunsets! The house has a great kitchen and nice family room for gathering that links perfectly with the roomy front patio. We really enjoyed the firepit. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable too. Bluewater was super attentive and responded to inquiries rapidly even over the holiday. We would definitely rent here again!

This house was exceptional! The location can't be beat- three houses from the beach and worth the cost. They have an agreement with a local beach rental company so you can rent chairs, boogie boards, surfboards, and more free of charge. The kitchen had lots of space and great usable appliances. The patio was nice in the evenings and had a hose to rinse sand off before entering the house. There is also an electric car charging cable available. We didn't have trouble finding nearby street parking for additional cars, especially off-peak hours. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The rental company was very responsive and had great customer service when we had hot water and fan issues. Keep in mind that you can hear the upstairs neighbors (footsteps in particular), so bring a white noise machine if you are a light sleeper.
