Set on the Pentire Peninsula and with sprawling sea views on display, Ocean 1 is a collection of luxury holiday apartments overlooking Fistral Beach. This penthouse with 3 bedrooms creates a beautiful base from to explore Newquay and the surrounding coast. Step inside, plonk your bags down and sink straight into holiday mode. An airy open plan living room invites you to put your feet up, with a door opening out to the large balcony where you can take in the sea air and those incredible views.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay or if the parking permit is not left in the apartment on departure. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Lovely apartment well equipped and styled, but was disappointed two of the bedrooms only had skylights and no tvs. See other comments to owners below.

Comfortable, spacious and a good location, with fairly good views over fistral beach. The apartment could be superb, but it is badly let down by lots of small niggles. No plugs in either bathroom sink and a badly leaking shower hose, both were fixed while we were staying. Heated towel rail did not work in the bathroom, reported, but not fixed, the plumber hadn't been told apparently. It's for six people and only has four mugs, drawers in two bedrooms are in poor condition and difficult to use, extractor fans were full of dust. Many of the double glazing units were condensed, the bin in the kitchen area would not stay closed.. I could go on. All in all it needs some tlc and is greatly lacking compared to other properties a few doors away. It has a five star plaque outside the front door from visit England, but five star it's not.

Good sized penthouse in need of an update. We have stayed in many apartments and would not class this one as a luxury apartment as advertised. It felt a bit grubby in places and many of the drawers in the bedroom could not be opened. The furniture on the balcony was very old and rusty and needed replacing. Overall a good location but disappointing accommodation.
