About this apartment rental
The Windows on the Lake apartment is located in Malcesine, in a residential area about 1 km from the town hall square, which leads to the exclusively pedestrian area that includes the historic center. The port and the famous Scaligero Castle, a place often chosen as a location for weddings, can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot with a relaxing panoramic walk along the lake.
Not far away there is also the departure point of the famous cableway that in a few minutes takes you to the summit of Monte Baldo, more than 2000 meters above sea level. Sure a highly recommended experience to do.
The flat is accessible by car via a short winding road that could create some maneuvering problems and offers a private parking for a car near the entrance. Guests can use a private dock, shared with other people, going down a staircase that leads directly to the beach.
The apartment consists of an air conditioning double bedroom, an air conditioning bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV and a small but complete kitchen.
Its added value is certainly given by the large terrace overlooking the lake that leaves you literally breathless. The landscape and the view of the lake give our guests unforgettable memories of their holidays. Free Wifi.

Apartment was lovely. Clean, wellSituated about 15 minutes walk from the town centre. The walk is nice, along the beach front. The private jetty is handy but not exclusively for the apartment. The garden was perfect for breakfasts and the terrace for drinks in the evening. It also gave a wonderful view out over the lake.

The apartment was perfectly located. The views from the balcony were absolutely fantastic and we loved spending our evenings there enjoying some drinks, a meal and playing card games. It was very close to town and easy walk to the lake to go for a swim. It was also a great surprise that there was a washing machine available for us to use. Will stay here again for sure!

Windows on the lake was as advertised. A beautiful,clean apartment with a fantastic view of the most peaceful area of Lake Garda. Situated directly across from the lake and the promenade into Malcesine, a 10-15 minute stroll away.The contactless check-in was smooth and the instructions were adequate. The veranda area was wonderful and I still wish I was there. Restricted motors make that area of the lake quiet, and the wind surfers and parasailers from Mount Baldo were relaxing to watch . The driveway was a little tricky at first, as advertised, but we got the hang of it pretty quickly. I recommend nothing bigger than a small hatchback car , though , for ease of parking. The clothes washer worked well in a clean garage, but for those from the states , no dryer other than the rack on the veranda. The coffee maker did not work, but 2 small Bialettis did the job and the brew tasted better!There was an old olive grove next to the apartment, so it was extremely peaceful at night. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful spot convenient to Malcesine, Limone( by ferry 20 minutes) , Riva( 25 minutes by car), and Verona(75 minutes by car).I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved this apartment! It was spacious and beautiful views across the lake. Really beautiful! Exceptional and the highlight of this apartment. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, cups, mugs, and everything you can imagine to properly cook if you wanted to. The car parking was adequate for a Jeep Renegade. The location was perfect and we really hope to come back soon :-) Thank you for hosting us. This is a great apartment even with some criticism on the lack of basic necessities.
We're well experienced with apartment rentals but this apartment was certainly laking basic necessities. The host only left a small welcome kit that included a small dish soap, a cleaning sponge, a kitchen towel and a wiping cloth. We would expect for a week stay to leave some basic necessities like coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar and more than 2 rolls of toilet paper. The apartment included a dishwasher and a washing machine but didn't provide any dishwasher capsules and laundry detergent. A must have that wasn't available are windows screens to protect against the insects and mosquitos. The proximity to the lake requires it! A microwave would have been useful as well. Also, although not major, the TV had all German programs. These small tweaks can make this great apartment even greater!
