This retreat is ideal for family getaways or private couple retreats–it features its own private entrance, a raised wooden deck with an outdoor dining area, and all the comforts of a home away from home. The open floor plan seamlessly combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area to provide a great sense of togetherness among the group. If you would like to enjoy the excellent restaurants and bars in Center Village, a short walk through the beautiful Copper Mountain setting is all it takes to be in the action. Additionally, if you book this gem, you'll have access to an in unit washer/dryer and a shared hot tub with great views. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit # STR24-R-00139| One parking space in the garage and a second can park in the driveway as long as it doesn't stick out. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking. Please store your ski gear in the garage. No skis/boots inside the condo.

We had a great family ski trip. The condo is in a great location just a couple minute walk to a lift. We do a lot of cooking as with our group, and the condo kitchen had everything that we needed. There have been some previous comments about noise in the bedrooms, and we noticed a lot of noise in the bedrooms the first night, but then we figured out that the top pane of one window in each room was open slightly. Once we closed it, we did not have a problem with noise.

This place is fully set up! We were so thrilled to have all of the details taken care of for us. We enjoyed every minute. Cooking was easy in the well-equipped kitchen. We appreciate the friendly staff at the management company.

This property was easy to find and is in a good location near the shuttle. It was very clean, good layout, nice carpeting, fully stocked kitchen (could use a colander), convenient main floor bathroom, etc. The hot tub was convenient, but loaded with chemicals that irritated our noses and eyes. Close to Center Village and not far from the nearest town for groceries, shopping, etc. Would recommend.
