The home consists of the 2BD/2.5BA main house and a separate 1BD/1BA guest house. Seperated by a breezeway both houses have full kitchens, laundry and family rooms . Main prime has 1 king bed and queen sleeper in attached office. Another queen sleeper in the family room. Quest prime has a queen bed and queen sleeper in the family room. Lower bunk has 4 tween-xl bunk beds and 2 tween convertible couches. Total of 5 folding rolling cots ,like the hotels use, scattered throughout the property. Sheets and pillows for all beds and cots. Perfect for multi-generational and multi-family living. Tons of parking. Koi ponds, large yard and tranquil waterfall complete this peaceful retreat.

The entire place was very open and accommodating. There are really only two bedrooms and the downstairs area which is kind of a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 2 twin beds. I was expecting 4 or more bedrooms but it didn't. It was super nice and was a great place for what we wanted for a get together.
