USD 100 damage deposit per stay is required on arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded 7 days after check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property. Pet fee - USD 25 per pet per night. There is a cleaning fee, maintenance fee, a contingency fee and an additional charge for each extra person at the property.

My room was clean and safe. The front desk lady was very nice to me with each encounter. I would stay again.

The motel was nice and clean but the air conditioning did not work and it was very hot it was over a hundred degrees both days had a little trouble understanding the manager
