About this apartment rental
Our apartment, set in a building built in 1951 and declared a house of historical interest, retains the charm and texture of the old dwellings and is surrounded by a well-kept garden of considerable size. The property is close to the historic center of town, which can be reached in a 5-minute walk, and is therefore strategically located, close to all services, stores, restaurants and even the Aosta/Pila gondola. The accommodation, of 114 sq m, consists of an entrance hall, a living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed as well as a workstation for smart working, a large kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and all necessary utensils, 2 bedrooms (each with 2 beds) and 2 bathrooms, both equipped with showers (one with a bathtub). Maintenance work and improvements have been carried out over the years, making it a valuable accommodation. An added value is the possibility of free parking for up to 2 cars within the condominium courtyard and bike/ski storage inside our garage.
The Cogne district is a very quiet area of the city close to the historic center, ideal for those who want a totally relaxing stay with the convenience of being able to move quietly on foot to the center of Aosta and/or the resorts of the Valley.

The condo was extremely spacious and very clean with high quality updates to floors and windows. We had everything we needed including incredible views from three directions. The condo is located in a gated property providing extra peace of mind. It’s in a quiet area and only a short walk to the main square. Paola was a fantastic host!

Spacious, nice kitchen and living room. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony. Easy walk to city center or the amazing archaeology museum. Good car charging nearby. The host was very nice, qmd it was useful that she also spoke French. Very accomodating and helpful. Really loved Aosta for food, hiking, and beauty.Only downsides were lack of AC in heat wave (probably very unusual occurrence), and only bunk beds.

The house is spacious that can sleep 7 people comfortably. The location is ideal and the house is surrounded by beautiful views from every window. The house has a private garden and a gated parking lot. We definitely would love to go back.
