About this house rental
Stunning and highly upgraded single-story pool home perfect for multiple families. There are six cal-king master bedrooms, five of which have ensuites. The remaining master has private access to a Jack n' Jill bathroom that shares the common area. The last two bedrooms are children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds. All bedrooms have a 47" plasma TV. The six bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with travertine floors, custom raised panel vanities, marble countertops, and custom travertine/marble tile inlay in the showers.
The open-concept main living room is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has granite countertops, custom raised paneled cabinetry, a full travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The dining room comfortably seats 10, with additional seating at the breakfast nook and kitchen countertop seating. The small sunroom off the kitchen is excellent for a morning cup of coffee. The family room has a large sectional area that provides plenty of room for the whole family. It has a 60' TV with high-speed wireless internet. Laminate hardwood floors run throughout. A full-size washer and dryer are located by the front door in the hall closet for guests' use.
The rear yard has a beautiful in-ground pool and jacuzzi. The side yard has an outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.
The game room in the garage has foosball, pool, air hockey, and ping pong. There are strollers, pack-n-plays, high chairs, and booster seats for your infant and toddler. The house has central heating and air conditioning. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
3-4 miles to Disneyland. Watch Disney fireworks from the back/front yards.
This house SLEEPS 19 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 19 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
*standard occupancy is considered 10 each guest over 10 is an extra $25/plus tax
Maximum Vehicles 4. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code

We had a Disney trip planned so didn't spend much time at the place. Great place to sleep and shower.

Our stay was great. The house met our needs almost perfectly.The layout of the house was great for our family. Plenty of bathrooms. Pool and safety gate great. Pool and hot tub amazing! The little kids really enjoyed the kiddie shallow end. The atrium was a nice surprise. We loved it! Water pressure and hot water capacity were perfect! We all enjoyed the fenced yard, especially the kids. In the game room, we were so disappointed that the air hockey game was broken. That was a big deal for us. Also the fans didn't work. Wifi was weak on bedroom one and two sidesI would recommend that you provide more paper towels, as there was one roll in the kitchen. There was only one trash bag, but thanks for bringing extras so quickly. The ice maker didnt work consistently and filter needs to be changed.Also, cleaning could be better. There were false eyelashes on a shower window ledge. One of the bedroom set of sheets didn't appear to be laundered.

The house was lovely and updated but not luxurious. It had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family and was conveniently located near Disney. It was located at the end of a cull de sac. Many signs warned us of financial consequences for infractions. The signs were so numerous that they amused us but hampered the feeling of being welcomed at the property. The smoke alarm was so sensitive that each time we cooked, it went off, having us scramble to open doors and get towels to fan the alarm, eventually turning it off. That became comical except when it started beeping every 30 seconds in the middle of the night, waking several of us up. We finally took it off the ceiling and removed the battery. The area is controlled with lots of noise rules. Even though the adults wanted to be quiet and use the hot tub, the heat was turned off at 10 pm. We were charged for heating the pool but we never really had a pool that was warm for the kids.
