Villa Trousas is for sure the newest, most exciting villa in Kassiopi, as well as the only independent property with private pool within the village able to sleep up to 18 guests in 9 bedrooms. Perfect for large groups, families, friends, and even for smaller parties due to its excellent value for money, Villa Trousas is set to impress. Location, is the keyword! Yes, because the villa is located in the heart of the famous Kassiopi, just steps away from many shops, excellent tavernas, picturesque port, stunning beaches, bus stop: a car is not necessary! Thanks to its stylish interiors, attention to the details and close proximity to facilities, Villa Trousas will amaze even the most demanding guests.
Inside, Villa Trousas is set over 3 floors and has been beautifully renovated to provide a superior and contemporary holiday experience to match perfect location with high standards of accommodation. On the ground floor there is a large lounge with adjoining fully equipped kitchen, dining area for all the guests, veranda, laundry room and WC. A bedroom with double bed, terrace and en-suite bathroom is also available at this level: this room has been cleverly designed to be accessible also with guests with reduced mobility or wheelchair.
The first and second floor are occupied by the main sleeping area: there are 2 x 2 bedroomed suites on each floor, perfect for offering maximum privacy at night yet with the bonus large common areas on the lower floor when all the guests want to stay together. Each suite has a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with shower, balconies and a breakfast area with mini kitchenette. The upper floor also offers lovely views through the village of Kassiopi up to the sea. For the convenience of our guests, the property is fully air-conditioned. Please note that THE VILLA IS RENTED AS A WHOLE INDEPENDENT PROPERTY WITH PRIVATE POOL and cannot be rented as separate units.
Outside, Villa Trousas has been carefully designed to offer all the benefits of a detached holiday home yet in the heart of a famous tourist resort. Guests will have at their disposal a sparkling private swimming pool (with natural water filtration system - no chemicals), sunbeds, shades, as well as barbecue and dining facilities to fully enjoy a truly Greek holiday. The swimming pool measures 6m x 4m (depth 1.25m) and is scenically lit at night. Private parking for 1 car is also available, despite a wide array of shops and facilities within easy walking distance.
GUESTS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY: thanks to the 2023 renovation, the ground floor of the villa as well as the outdoor areas are accessible for guests with reduced mobility or wheelchair.
Please note that, due to the idyllic location within the sought after village of Kassiopi, the property is ideal for all those guests looking for peace and relaxation in close contact to the sea, therefore no loud parties are allowed to respect the neighbouring villas (silence hours in Greece go from 11pm to 8 am and from 2pm to 5pm).
NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, cleanings, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week. A refundable security deposit of euros 500 has to be paid on arrival and is refunded at the end of the stay as long as no damages are done to the property.
GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 15 per villa per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.

Everything about this villa met and exceeded our expectations. Firstly, the location in the heart of Kassiopi, with many many options for eating and drinking with spectacular views of the harbour and the Ionian Sea. Secondly, the convenience of local grocery and bakeries. Thirdly, the layout of the suites for a party of friends. Giving everyone a separate suite of bedrooms and communal spaces to relax and enjoy the peace and calm provided by the villa. I would highly recommend this villa and location for a great get together for family and friends. Finally we enjoyed the surrounding area for its easy access to local beaches and also ferry trips up and down the coast. Chris & Kim

The villa was spacious enough to cope with us all. The communal areas are fabulous and a superb pool. Comms from Dado Villas were brilliant and helpful. We organised minibuses from the airport as recommended by Maria. Very efficient and lovely driver. Stavros was our key contact while there and he couldn't do enough to help. He even brought us a box of posh ice creams on his mid week visit!
The villa itself is in an amazing location. So easy to walk to the huge variety of bars, restaurants, beaches, harbour, castle etc. NOT expensive to eat out either and so much choice. A car is definitely not required which is what we wanted. We hired self drive boats at the harbour and explored the coastline, stopping off at different restaurants for lunch. There's also lots of organised boat trips if you don't want to self drive. Loved it. We'll be back!
If anything, the showers on the upper floors are tiny. That was the only downside but it's negligible.

Gorgeous villa right in the centre of Kassiopi. Perfect for family and friend get togethers with separate apartment accommodation that worked well for family groups. The host was very responsive and helpful in providing recommendations. The pool and outside area was stunning and is a lot larger than appears in the photos. Had the best time at Villa Trousas and would definitely come back!
