The view is unmatched!I read some reviews about concerns about the property not being updated and most of it being open to outside, but both of these added tobits charm. This was the best place we've stayed at in Zihua!

We have just wrapped up the most magnificent holiday stay here! I cannot say enough about how great this place is. The apartment itself is well-appointed, decorated beautifully, and very well-sized and laid out for some privacy (my husband and I were here with my mom, whose downstairs bedroom+bathroom gave us some space while the living area was ample for marg-making and socializing). The view is incredible. The kitchen has been updated and we were able to make some great meals, in addition to visiting plenty of amazing restaurants close by. The building is in just about the best location you could ask for. Carmen is fantastic, friendly, and a treasure trove of information and knowledge. If you have the opportunity to stay on New Years Eve, you can expect a phenomenal fireworks show seen from the condo, followed by dancing on the beach all night. Can I come back now? ;)

Fantastic place! Friendly and so very hospitable! Only issue we had was air conditioning available in master bedroom only. Once we acclimated to the temperature it wasn’t an issue.

The service was great and secure plus close/walkable to everything! The condo is very spacious with spectacular views and the sound of ocean waves. But the one lower room without AC is a little tough. I personally was without and didn’t sleep well the whole visit. I almost got another hotel during the visit to get some sleep. There are also mosquitos who creep in if you leave the windows open. So I got bit up. Keep them closed and lights off since there is a prevalence of Dengue fever in the area. Fingers crossed I’m healthy:) They def need to add AC to the other room otherwise it shouldn’t be counted as another sleeping room. Ac will be a priority to me when visiting Zihua area again since it is very hot even in Nov/Dec.
