About this house rental
Come and enjoy this beautiful new home that is filled with high end finishes and bright sun. Built in 2015, this custom build has all the major features you could ask for: master on the main, massive open kitchen and dining area -- fantastic for entertaining -- and a lovely spacious yard with both front and back patios. Most importantly - a wonderful location in the coveted Northwest Crossing neighborhood, just 2 blocks from Discovery Park. The details also shine: heated floors throughout the main level, air conditioning, central vacuum, smart TV's in the living, master bedroom, and kitchen. Access to this two-car garage is via a paved alley, and is fully open for your use, including EV charging, snow-gear storage, bike storage and workbench. This home was designed and built for the current owner, who spends several weeks here throughout the year. Pride of ownership, attention to detail, and the comforts of home will all be obvious.
Note that this a 30+ day rental only. Please see the house rules, as this home is a high end residence and we value our relationship with the neighboring homes. This is absolutely not a party house. It is kept in immaculate condition and damages will be noticed and repaired at guest expense. It is extremely clean and is very well organized. We do expect guests to treat the home gently.

It was a pure delight to stay here and I wish I lived here! This was undoubtedly the best rental reservation I've ever made. This is a high-end , beautifully designed house with top-drawer finishes in immaculate condition. From top to bottom, every room was an virtual example of pride of ownership. Super modern and super comfortable. We literally walked from room to room, completely blown away by how nice it was, EVERYWHERE. The house is great, everything was perfect inside and out. I want that kitchen! I want that dining room! I want that den! I want that patio! The neighborhood was a pleasure to be in and explore. We walked to the fantastic Sparrow Bakery (get the Ocean Roll and coffee, or the breakfast croissant!) as well as the Grove Market Hall food court, and the terrific Roundabout Books. Communication with Ryan Lenz, the property manager, was super-friendly and super-quick. We only checked out reluctantly, grateful for how lucky we were to have managed to stay here. Perfect. Five Stars. We will be back!

It was very easy to find. Very pleased when I walked in it was very clean and immediately felt the heated floors when I took my shoes off it felt very cozy. The kitchen was beautiful and very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was like being at a high-end spa. I will definitely come back to this property and stay again if it’s available.
