Get away and relax near the water with comforts of home in this cozy cottage. All on the main floor are two bedrooms with queen size beds and one full bath with tiled walk-in shower. Utilize the newly updated kitchen with modern appliances and choose to eat in the kitchen or adjacent dining room, each seat four. Take a walk downstairs and you'll find the finished basement- complete with foosball table, pool table, two twin beds, additional shower and washer and dryer. Enjoy card games, YoutubeTV and plenty of seating areas indoors.
Sip your coffee outside at the patio table with views of scenic Lake Erie or walk down to the pier only 200 feet away. Don’t miss the beautiful sunsets. Showse Park is directly behind the house boasting plenty of activities- walking trail, playground, baseball, basketball, and picnic areas.

I needed some rest and relaxation during a visit with friends and family in the area and this nice cottage delivered! The neighborhood is quiet and only a short drive to the quaint downtown of Vermillion. A scenic view of Lake Erie was just a quick walk away. The host offered great restaurant suggestions. It was only me on this stay but this home is definitely spacious and equipped for family fun. Enjoyed every minute!

We enjoyed our short sray at the cottage, great location, looks small from outside, pretty sizable inside. My husband and son enjoyed pool table . I was able to get a book at the small free library by the beach. Amanda, the manager, was easy to reach out, and responded very fast to all questions I had.
