Villa with terrace and private garden 5 km from CASSIS.
Separate kitchen, separate WC, lounge that can be used as a dining room in bad weather, all very clean.
Close to shops and sports activities.
5 kms from the beach, hikes in the Massifs of STE BAUME, STE VICTOIRE, the calanques of CASSIS and many others.
Comfortable in the garden, open view, tranquility.

Arrival on Saturday from 3 p.m., departure on Saturday before 10 a.m.
NB: We do not rent by the night but only by the week: any week started is due.
A deposit of 150 euros will be required upon delivery of the keys, refunded if no damage, in the week following your departure.

We found the apartment as described on the website. The rooms are generously, clean and well furnished.
The outdoor area is great with lots of different tables, chairs and sun loungers that can be used depending on the time of day and the position of the sun
It’s located around 15 min from cassis by car and surrounded by good infrastructure.
The landlords are very friendly and supportive (if needed)
We will come back!

The property is located on a hillside in a residential area less than 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Whilst you can get an impression from the website you really need to be in the garden to appreciate how good the exterior is with 3 separate dining tables, you can enjoy the sun all day. It is ideally placed for visits to the surrounding area. The hosts were discrete and helpful making good use of a mobile phone for translation purposes. We would definitely recommend the property.
