The house is located in Località Alverà, in a high and very scenic area of Cortina d'Ampezzo.
A few steps from the bus stop and 1 Km from the center of Cortina. The apartment is perfect for a family holiday or for a group of friends looking for comfort and space in one of the most beautiful and scenic areas of Cortina d'Ampezzo.
The apartment is on the second floor and consists of a large living area with dining table and chairs, a fireplace, two sofas, a bookcase and a LCD TV. Two large windows make the living room extremely bright and welcoming. Proceeding along the corridor you reach the kitchen equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, large fridge and a Nespresso Coffee Machine. Then there is a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and in the sleeping area three large bedrooms. A room has been recently renovated and is entirely furnished in wood and has a private bathroom with shower, another room has a comfortable double bed and the third one a bedroom with 2 single beds.
Guests have an outdoor parking space in the area in front of the house.

Hosts were very responsive via WhatsApp. Place was clean, comfortable, and safe. We did miss having a clothes dryer and wish it had a better view of the beautiful mountains. 4 minute drive into town where you could park and explore all of Cortina. I believe there was a bus stop directly across the street.

The location is great. The space of each bedroom are great. But as an apartment based on our experience, we thought the host would supply us some salt, sugar or cooking oil. But there was nothing. There was no microwave. And they just provided us two small soaps and four small bags of shampoo for four peoplex4 night stay. So we request more, but they never sent to us. We have to buy those staff ourself.
