Nice large apartment over 2 floors (1st + 2nd Stock) freshly renovated in the center of Obergünzburg in the Allgäu. Shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy and various leisure activities such as the outdoor pool, indoor pool and museum are within walking distance. Beautiful large private garden (over 1000m ²) invites you to play and barbecue or just to relax. Larger cities such as Kempten, Marktoberdorf or Kaufbeuren are only about 15 minutes away by car.

We booked this property in order to spend some time with our German Exchange student of 20 years ago and her family. The apartment worked out perfect for this gathering. There was plenty of space for everyone. It was very kid friendly. We made use of the garden space in back with the children. Loved the village.
