Doyle's Beach & Boardwalk is a collection of 7 beach condominiums in Newport Beach, CA. Located next to the Newport Pier, you wont find a better location central to all the greatest eating, playing, shopping, and relaxing that NB offers. This 3 bedroom condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. There is a communal BBQ located by the parking area for your use. There will be 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for use. You will have your whole condo. There is a shared mud/sand room at entry. This area is large with hooks for clothes and towels and a bench for changing. It is a great place to store shoes and help keep your condo clean. We will have a manager on call at all times, and can be there in less than 10 min. for any issues. Located centrally to the Newport Pier, there are literally hundreds of great places to eat, shop and play within walking distance. With a safe & friendly town square 40 yards away, this is a great place for parents to let their kids roam with no worries. We can possibly provide up to 2 parking spots depending on size of vehicles and availability. (HUGE for summer rentals.) first booked, first reserved. But we believe the best way to experience Newport is by bike and boardwalk.

Loved our stay in Newport! The location was perfect. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. And of course the beach! The rental itself is great size with 3 beds and 2 baths. Plenty of room for our family.

Kevin was very responsive and accommodating. Very large home comfortable enough for 5 of us. Location was fabulous and loved having beach chairs.
Would recommend staying at this property when in Newport Beach.

Property was located right by beach and all the shopping/ food. It was clean and everything worked as well. Beds were ok considering it’s a rental. Only complaint I could make is only 2 paper thin pillows per bed. Other than that it was amazing.

This is a nice, clean, and straightforward unit in an incredible location a block from the Newport pier. We thoroughly enjoyed the walkability to amenities, and also enjoyed a long beachfront walk to The Wedge. It was perfect for our family of four for our purpose of visiting friends in the area. If we had needed to cook full meals I could say the kitchen might not be as stocked as I’ve seen other vrbo, but it was adequate for our trip. We would definitely enjoy staying here again!
