About this villa rental
House for 8 persons: approx. 130 m2, spread over three floors. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, air conditioning and access to the covered sea-view terrace, a cozy living room with a sofa, fireplace, dining table for four, air conditioning and a WC. The first floor has two bedrooms. The first bedroom comprises a double bed, wardrobe, access to the terrace with sea view and a bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom also offers a double bed, wardrobe and a bathroom with bathtub. The second floor comprises a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, access to the terrace with sea view and a bathroom with bathtub. Additionally, there is a fourth bedroom with a pull-out sofa (160 x 200 cm), a bathroom with shower, and a sauna. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and TV.
Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
