Good communication on check in after hours. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was warm and clean.

Did not look like photos. The room was not cleaned well. The old keurig cup was left in the machine and there was coffee splatters on it. The mugs had dust in them. The cleaner never came by even though I stayed for almost a week. I had to ask for sheets and towels and change myself.
