About this house rental
"THE HOUSE OF ZIA NINA" is located in the center of the village, in the square in Conceria di Campolattaro (BN). The area is easily accessible, a stone's throw from the historic center from which you can admire the Medieval Templar Castle (visitable upon reservation) and the dam. The lodge consists of three bedrooms, one triple two bathrooms, a living room with sofa bed and HD TV, kitchen and entrance. The rhythms of country life allow us to enjoy the delicious breakfasts in full relaxation in the bar near the house, which are included in the price of stay, and are served on request at home. The accommodation is comfortable and has maintained its bourgeois authenticity of the 1960s. Suitable for families and even young people for long or short stays. We are in a strategic position, only 20 minutes drive, you can visit Pietrelcina, home of Padre Pio, 13 km to the Santa Lucia Sanctuary of Sassinoro. In January each year in the country of Morcone, which is only 7 km from Campolattaro, the Nativity scene in the Crib, which draws a huge public attention.
You can practice a lot of outdoor sports activities and you can taste great food and excellent wine.
In the autumn when the landscape is stained with warm reddish colors, the mild climate invites long walks in the woods to harvest chestnuts and mushrooms, or rest and slowness of a healthy and friendly life with the people of the country or, hiking bike, wasp or guided tours (on request) to the city of Benevento and the renowned Witch liquor factory. Located just a few kilometers from San Giovanni Rotondo, it is crossed out between Puglia and Campania, with fast and convenient transit, it moves easily and with short travel times.

The house of Zia Nina is incredibly beautiful and clean. Having 2 bathrooms and a clothes washing machine was key for the 5 of us. Nella was by far one of the most helpful and generous hosts! 5 stars 🇮🇹💕

Nella was a fantastic host! We were only there for one night but it had everything that we needed for our stay. The property was clean and comfortable and in a beautiful small village. Nella even came to say goodbye when we were leaving and made sure everything was right for us.
