About this house rental
Whether rain or shine you will not be disappointed with the location of our beautiful house.
Just a 2 minute walk to the local pub, the Harbour Bar and the Quayside restaurant / takeaway where you can enjoy their award winning Fish and Chips.
At the top of the steps (33 in total) there is a village shop for your last minute essentials and a post office.
Aberdeen is a 25 minute drive to the north and Dundee a 40 minute drive to the south with many small fishing villages in between.
Just meters from the harbor the property provides clean and comfortable accommodation.
As you enter the property the hallway (right) leads to the living room which provides 2 large sofas and an armchair, there is a wall mounted TV with SKY and internet TV.
The hall way (left) takes you to the kitchen / dining room which lends its self to a large dining room table and chairs suitable to sit up to 8 people. Again, there is a wall mounted TV with SKY and internet TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher.
At the other end of the kitchen is the utility area, this lends its self to a washer/dryer, wine cooler, Nespresso coffee maker and microwave with additional cupboard space.
There is a newly fitted downstairs family bathroom with a large bath, WC, sink and Shower which leads off of the utility space.
On the first floor there is a large double aspect master bedroom, this room provides a king size bed, large wardrobe with full length mirror, a chest of 3 draws and 2 bedside cabinets.
The second bedroom, again large in size provides 2 single beds, a chest of 3 draws and a bedside cabinet.
There is a second newly fitted shower room and WC on the second floor.
On the second floor there are a further 2 bedrooms, one to the right provides a king-size bed, wardrobe and bed side cabinets. One to the left, 2 single beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
You will be able to access all parts of the property without restriction,
Outside there is off street parking and a small garden.

Loved the house and town. Eliot and Vicki were very responsive when we had questions.Bedrooms and bathrooms are nice size. The kitchen is nicely equipped. It was great having a washer and dryer to do clothes at the end of our week stay.

Thank for for a lovely break , very clean , cosy and comfortable.
I’d only suggest sort thro kitchen cupboards everything a mess, no tea pot, annd poor selection of sharp knife’s , also hair dryer would be hand.
