About this villa rental
High standard villa very close to the village.
The house has a well equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, all with beautiful view and access to the terrace through sliding doors. The house contains 4 bedrooms, all with spacious wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have separate bathrooms and two are sharing one bathroom. The house is equipped with A/C in all 4 bedrooms. You will also find freezer and washing maching in the house. The house is also equipped with TV and internet, all free to be used.
Direct access to the beautiful garden and the pool from all bedrooms. Large, secluded pool with one deep and one shallow end. Beautiful view from southfaced, spacious terrace where you will find a large dining table, a comfortable sofa as well as a fireplace / BBQ.
The property has an elevated location with short walking distance to the heart of Seillans, voted as one of the prettiest and best preserved medieval villages in France. Seillans and the area around, is known for hosting many artists and cultural events. In the village you will also find several very good restaurants, a grocery store and bakery, all within a pleasant short walk of 5 - 10 min.
Seillans is located in a peaceful and beatiful area, surrounded by wine yards and olive groves. Le Pays de Fayence consists of eight villages: Callian, Fayence, Mons, Montauroux, Saint-Paul-en-Forêt, Seillans, Bargemon, and Tourettes. All of these villages are situated halfway between the coastline and the Préalpes, the mountain ranges on the verge of the Alps. It is an area of great diversity, which provides you with a peaceful environment, authentic Provençal charm, and various idyllic hiking routes.
You will reach the airport at Nice within 50 - 55 minutes and the coastline within 30 - 40 minutes. It is an hour drive to Gorges du Verdon, the great canyon, which for many is a must see!
The beaches of Cannes are only 40 minutes drive. Other beaches within easy reach are Frejus, St. Maxime Agay and St. Tropez. There are tennis courts in Seillans and 15 minutes further away there is the Lac de St. Cassien with boat rental and water fun park and for golf lovers there is the 5 * Golf de Terre Blanche in Fayence. Fayence's airport is 10 minutes away and provides pilot training and glider flights. Horseback riding is also available at several places in the neighborhood.

Very nice house with lovely views and a nice pool area. We loved the upstairs terrace. Overall clean. Our 80 year old family member found the stairs a challenge both inside the property (no handrails) and around the garden. He also found walking around the village challenging as some parts can be quite steep.This was not a problem for the rest of us though. Seillans is quite remote and, aside from neighbouring Fayence, we found it to be quite a drive to other areas.Overall we had a very nice time and would recommend

Property was very clean and well laid out. The bedrooms were at the bottom of the house which was cooler and they all had air conditioning. All bedrooms led out to the pool
Property owner was an email away if there was a problem but he kept in contact throughout our stay
This villa had everything for an enjoyable and comfortable holiday

The photos didn't do this place justice. The open plan living areas upstairs is lovely, as is the terrace which has a beautiful view. The kitchen and bedrooms are very well stocked.
The property itself is a good distance to Nice and Monaco for day trips.
