About this chalet rental

Traditional farmhouse from 1803, perfectly renovated in 2023 to offer all modern comforts in addition to the charm and history of the site.
Located in Le Lavancher, a quiet hamlet yet so close to Chamonix, you'll appreciate the atmosphere and size of the premises, the fully-equipped kitchen, the pool table, the sauna and the many bedrooms. Walks from the chalet, on skis or on foot, and ski resorts 2 km away.
Parking for 2 cars +another 80m away and bus stop / lift shuttle 300m away.

This 400sqm chalet is spread over two levels:
- Large kitchen with counter, dining room
- Large TV and piano lounge
- Large lounge with views of Mont Blanc
- 3rd lounge, smaller, perfect for reading
- 8 bedrooms, 6 of which are doubles (2 with en-suite shower rooms) and 2 with 2 single beds

- Exclusive parking for 2 cars

A 200sqm garden completes this property.

Quiet, charming hamlet. Ideal location for enjoying the mountains to the full, with hiking and cross-country ski trails just a stone's throw away. The ski areas are 2km away. The tranquil setting and breathtaking views will make your stay a timeless experience.
There are no shops within walking distance, but Chamonix (4km) and Argentière (1.5km) are within easy reach by car or public transport (300m).


It is preferable to have at least one vehicle, although transport is 300m from the chalet. This bus station is also the starting point for the shuttle bus to the ski lifts. 2 parking spaces 80m from the property
Guest cards are available on arrival, giving access to public transport and activities in the valley at preferential rates.
