About this house rental
Located 15 min from the Bagnell Damn. The home features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bath. New furnishings, floorings and a large private pool that is open May - September.
The Master Bedroom is its own Private retreat with a King bed and 2 futons that you can sleep a few more people on. The room has 2 closets and its own private bathroom with a jetted tub and a steam shower.
The Main level last vaulted ceilings that are 30' high and floor to ceiling windows to see the incredible view from this house. It will have a 60" smart Television with cable and high speed internet. The floor is open concept living, dining and kitchen. Lots of seating options in this space. There is also a wet bar in the kitchen area. The floor features 2 bedrooms both with queen beds and walk in closets. Between these 2 bedrooms is a jack n jill bathroom. It has 2 sinks and a shower/bath combo. This floor also has a half bath off of the living room.
Head to the lower level and you will find a bunk bedroom with 3 handmade solid wooden bunk beds with full over full bunks.
There is a bonus room for an area to set beach towels and an extra table to sit at and kids to play games. A full bathroom is off of this room.
A large laundry room with a washer and dryer is available to you along with a 2 car garage.
The private 5th bedroom has a smart television, a queen bed and a futon to put an extra guest or 2 on.
Go outside! You wont believe the view this house has. It built on a hill so you can see lots of lake fun going on. The private pool is being reworked and will be open for Memorial Day rentals. This home has 3 sets of decks! The Main level deck with 3 seating areas, a propane grill and a propane fireplace
A lower deck with a table and chairs and a couple of swings and a deck level with built in seating around the whole deck and a bar area to set up for your favorite drinks.
As if that wasn't enough the home has a private dock 20 steps away from this house. The right side of the dock is our and is a perfect spot to bring your boat or go down to swim in the lake.

We also want to respect our new neighbors so if you are coming to party this home is not going to be a good fit for you. We would like families that are wanting to come together and have a fun time.

Great place to rest and relax. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. Plenty of room to play games or watch tv. The pool area is fantastic!!

Jill’s communication was quick and pleasant. The house fit our family of 15. The kitchen was well equipped, except that the microwave worked sporadically and without warning or reason. The house needs updating and TLC. Reading older reviews, I see that the deck has been brought up many times - it still is in severe disrepair. Boards and rails have been replaced over the years, but it needs full overhaul. Nails sticking up, the ‘new’ railing is not braced well and wobbles, many boards loose and/or bowing. The home wasn’t fully cleaned when we arrived. 2 of the rooms’ beds weren’t made and the master bedskirt was disheveled; when I straightened it, I found a previous guests’ summer shoe under the master bed and dust bunnies galore, found a previous guests’ glasses. A previous guests’ shirt hung over deck rail, hose left disheveled. The master King bed is FIRM. Master suite is classic, vintage 80’s tub shower, sinks; also in disrepair. Many of the noted features didn’t work; neither fireplace (master or living room), jetted master gardentub or the one in the shower. The ceiling fan in main floor bedroom doesn’t operate, bathroom fan in main floor mudroom sounds like a fighter jet taking flight. Shower floors are slippery, smooth surface and softened water, need grip strips.We replaced roughly 10 lightbulbs upon arrival. There are wasp nests somewhere - we killed several in the house during our stay.
