The apartment has been completely renovated, stylishly furnished in Scandinavian design and equipped to the highest standard. We rely exclusively on high-quality products from brand manufacturers in our apartments.
The apartment offers a comfortable double bed (160x200) in the bedroom and a sofa bed as a guest bed (120x200). The living room is furnished with a dining area, a chic desk, sofa and HD Flat TV. The bathroom has a bath and shower and has an extra quiet washing machine.
Even the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired in terms of function and quality. The large and sunny balcony allows the view of magnificent villas and green avenues of the beautiful Prussian district. The vibrant bars of Dresden Neustadt are within walking distance. The banks of the Elbe are ideal for cycling, jogging and strolling.
Of course, Internet, Wi-Fi and cable TV are available. For a safe stay, the apartment is equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and first aid kit.

Very easy communication by e-mail. Very cosy appartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to the city center by tram or foot. Highly recommandble.
