This private four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was artfully designed with a modern aesthetic combined with a few quirky details, creating a chic yet whimsical vibe.
Inside the flat you'll find:
• Four unique bedrooms, all furnished with comfy queen-sized beds.
• Two spacious bathrooms with spa-style stand up showers and EO bath products.
• In-unit laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and board.
• Bright and airy living room with 55" Fire TV (no cable).
• Open-concept kitchen with quartz kitchen island, stainless appliances, and an exceedingly-cozy breakfast nook.
• High ceilings ranging from 9-15' and luxury LVT flooring throughout.

This was an excellent place to say. I actually own a cleaning business so when I stay places, I’m always very critical of how clean it is. In this place was extremely clean. Loved everything about it. Every single area of the apartment was sparkling clean.

The property was beautiful, clean, well supplied and a great location for coffee, restaurants, bars and shopping. Parking was a challenge and it’s on a busy street so there is some outdoor noise.

Nice and clean. It was more spacious than I thought. I loved the aesthetic and it’s not as noisy as I thought it would be. Parking can be hard though as it’s paid parking on all streets by location but def worth it. Would recommend and come again to this place next time I am in Chicago.
