About this apartment rental
Apartment of 55 m2 comfortable.
In the private residence of G'rest, the slopes with fireplace and balcony.
Holidays in the summer / winter mountain.
St Gervais direct access by highway or train.
The apartment has direct access to the ski slopes (snow cannons), ski storage and a furnished balcony.
Free access to the outdoor pool of the residence.
The kitchen is fully equipped with mini-oven and 4 hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, fondue raclette machine etc ...
Duvets, pillows and blankets available.
The living room includes a sofa bed and 2 sofa beds and a TV, CD player + very large storage cupboards and a fireplace. (Sleeps 4).

2 / Small bunk beds. (Sleeps 2)
A bathroom and separate toilet.
For the little ones available on request (bed Bb, stroller, deck chair, park, high chair, bathroom accessories etc ...)

The apartment is accessible via the A40, which is a 15 minute drive.

Bus service to the city center and free shuttle service during peak season on the field.
For direct access by car trips to the apartment to unload luggage.
In winter, snow chains are strongly recommended.

The location was phenomenal, perched up on a hill with great views of the city and surrounding mountains, plus a short walk into town. Yes the property is dated, but has charm and is an affordable base to explore the surrounding areas. Also the property manager was fantastic in regards to communication, especially with a ton of questions coming from an overseas visitor!

The appartment is lovely located with wonderful view at Mount Blanc mountain range with outdoor pool, near to the cable car. Everything was fine and comfortable, thank again for the opportunity to stay at such beautiful place!

Le logement est assez grand pour 6. Très lumineux et bien équipé. À 5 minutes en voiture des pistes du Bettex, et à 5 minutes du centre de St Gervais.
Seul inconvénient : la vétusté de certains équipements dont les matelas (trop durs ou trop vieux). Celui du BZ et ceux des lits superposés seraient bons à changer par exemple.
À noter : La propriétaire est quant à elle très sympathique et réactive.
Avons passé une très bonne semaine.
