Situated in Okrug Gornji, this seaside villa has a Mediterranean garden, an outdoor heated swimming pool, open fireplace, and dinning 'al fresco' in wooded garden next to sea.
The villa has open and stunning view to the sea and nearby islands and the beach is only metres away.
The bright and spacious apartment at Villa Paula has a large terrace with garden furniture. The kitchen is well equipped and there is cable TV, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi in the apartment.
Sun loungers are provided by the swimming pool , overlooking seashore and a 'private beach'.
Access to sea is directly from villa's garden, and just a few steps away. Guest may have a choice, having a swimming in the sea or fresh water swimming pool, just a meters away.
There is private parking for up to 3 car, plus a garage.
Cars and bicycles can be rented directly at the villa and guests can visit Trogir, which is only 4 km away.
Family also rents 28 ft. fast boat Boston Whaller, moored directly in the front of villa
ACCOMODATIONS: Apartment A5 is situated on the ground floor and accommodates up to 5 persons.
It has a big loggia, with a huge solid oak dining set for up to 10 persons. It is practically day room of the apartment. The loggia has direct access to garden with olive trees, and open view to sea and swimming pool.
The apartment consists of one double bedroom, one tipple bedroom, one bathroom and combination of kitchen, dinning and sitting room.
President is situated on 1st. floor, and acc. 4 persons in a great comfort. It has 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, big balcony with open sea view. Day room, next to fully equiped kitchen, have dinning table for 8, comfortable leather sitting set, flat tv, tea corner w/ designer set, etc. On the balcony there is another dinning table suitable for up to 10.
At top floor there are apartments A2+2 and A4, each with own open sea wiev terasa, and dining tables.
A2+2 has a bedroom, day room with foldin sofa, bathroom and store.
A4 has bedroom with a two single beds and own bathroom and studio apartment with kitchette and bathroom .
Guests may have choice either of cooking and dinning, separatly or together, indoors or al fresc, or separately in suite.
Boat owners may have their private boat or yacht, moored or anchored, just in front of the villa.
Owner's of villa Paula renting out too, own 9 meters, off-shore luxory boat, with 2x225Hp Mercury outboards,
capable of up to 40 knots. The boat is registred for 9 people, and capable of reaching of nearby islands, in a comfort, just in a minutes.
NOTE: In a case of a bad weather, which is realy rare in summer time, a boat must be moved to safety of nearby marina.

Check in was super easy, Ivan had everything ready to go. The kitchen was super nice and after we figured out how to use the new range life was good.

We were a family of 11 and had plenty of space. The weather was very hot so most of the holiday was spent in the pool or the sea which is only a few steps away. We found we needed a car as although the supermarket is within walking distance it is too far in the heat with heavy bags. There is a path at the front of the villa with a nice walk in either direction. We initially had a problem finding the villa and would suggest to look out for Trogir Diving Centre which is on the same road.

Wow wow wow. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ivan and this villa. We stayed as a group of 12 for a hen do with women of all ages. The pool and steps down to the sea were breathtaking. Ivan organised a boat trip for us where we visited Hvar and Pakleni islands and organised a private chef for the evening where we were served fresh whole sea bass. All of our dietaries were accommodated for. It is a perfect villa for groups as the bedrooms are split over three levels with their own kitchens and living spaces. Air con worked beautifully. Ivan was always on hand over txt if we needed anything. All of our transport to and from the airport was arranged. The whole trip from start to finish was 5* service and I 100% will be coming back to visit. I would also recommend visiting Kaštel Sikuli vineyard which was a real hidden gem.
The only tiny issue which was out of the owners hands was a neighbour who complained about noise on a Saturday night at 7pm and made us feel a little uncomfortable. After txting Ivan he reassured us completely that we could have fun by the pool until the 11pm noise curfew, and after that there were no problems.
Book this villa! You won't regret it.
