With Sea Views across Carbis Bay and secure parking for one car, Wingtips offers comfortable accommodation for four guests and the perfect base for exploring the West Coast of Cornwall.
The open plan living and dining room, with stunning sea views across Carbis Bay, is furnished with a deep comfortable sofa, two armchairs and Smart TV, making this an ideal space for spending time with family and friends.
The galley kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip up a hearty meal for nights spent at home with a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and espresso coffee machine.
The dining area has seating for four.
The master bedroom has great flexibility with a zip and link bed which can be made up as a super king-size bed or two twin beds, there is also a built-in wardrobe, dressing table and TV. Off the master bedroom is an en-suite bathroom with rainforest shower, WC and hand wash basin.
The second bedroom has a stately king-sized bed and ample storage.
Alongside the en-suite bathroom, Wingtips also offers a large family bathroom featuring a deep bath with shower over, WC and hand wash basin.

From the Car Park, the building is accessed down a flight of stairs consisting of fourteen steps, followed by one step up into the building. Once inside the property, there is a lift available for guests’ use. However, should the stairs be used, please note there are a further six flights of stairs consisting of thirty steps to second floor where the apartment is located.

Pros- Location 10/10 - quiet , good local amenities, walkable to carbis bay beach.
Cleanliness of the apartment 10/10

Well equipped kitchen
Cons- limited sea view , that too only from the living room from a distance
Too stingy with toilet tissues - could do with providing more !
TV channels didn’t work half the time and only free view ones!

It was close to everything that we wanted to see and visit, lovely accomodation, we would have liked more instructions on how to use heating, lovely view from living room. Liked the lift to third floor. Parking spot was very helpful. Was ideal for our family of four. Great power shower.
