End-of-stay cleaning included in the price. In Berry, near the A20 motorway, this gîte is ideal for family or friends gatherings in the heart of France, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the town center of Argenton-sur-Creuse and the historic site of Saint-Marcel.

Towels: €7 per person. This town house features a private, enclosed 100 m² garden, a private terrace, and free street parking (in front of the house).

First floor: landing, one bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed, and one bedroom with a double bed (which can be separated into two single beds). Bathroom/toilet
On the 2nd floor: landing and a bedroom with a double bed.
Veranda outside, accessible via the laundry room, with two adult city bikes available.
Gas heating included in the price.
Two additional beds available if needed.
