Relax by observing the peninsula from the loggia of our apartment, located on the 5th floor of a building in a quiet residence, a few meters from the Grande Plage of Quiberon.
Our apartment is perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 children with its living room, adjoining kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and separate toilet.
The loggia of 6m2 will allow you to spend lunches or peaceful moments observing the sea on each side of the table.
A parking space is dedicated to you and not numbered.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and accessorized: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, refrigerator 1 door with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, food processor, fruit service sea…

Bed linen and towels are not provided - Marie offers its linen rental service (20 euros per prepared bed and 5euros per bath towel)
A deposit of 300 € will be required upon your arrival and will be refunded 7 days after your departure if no damage is found.
You can choose the cleaning option (60 €) to specify. Otherwise, I ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.
The apartment is non smoking and pets are not allowed.
