About this house rental
Villa Antonius is wonderful to spend a long weekend or vacation near Amsterdam. It is located in the pleasant village street of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with supermarket and shops within walking distance. If you walk across the bridge you will find several restaurants with lovely terraces on the water. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel is ideal for cyclists with beautiful cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is easy to reach by public transport (20 minutes), bicycle (30 minutes) and car (15 minutes).
The house from 1911 is part of a former printing house and has recently been completely renovated. The owner lives in the back house and the front house is rented out. The living room with open kitchen is 64 m2. One bedroom with separate bathroom is on the ground floor with separate toilet. The second bedroom with its own shower and sink can be reached in the loft via the spiral staircase in the living room.
The entrance to the house is on the left side of the property with a driveway and parking space for 1 car.

After a short taxi ride from the Amsterdam airport we arrived in the beautiful little haven called Ouderkerk aan Amstel. Villa Antonio’s was perfect and everything from supermarket, chemist and lots of dining options was within a short walk. Our hosts were awesome, not intrusive, but very willing to share information and their hospitality. I cannot speak highly enough of our stay. Sincere thanks Ian and Jo from Australia.

Would have liked intro to microwave, washer dryer, and dishwasher. Very different from our country. Toilet in upstairs would be a nice addition.

This is a great space! I highly recommend staying here. It's a short drive to the airport and about 20 or so minutes to town. There a few restaurants in the are that are really good. Jeremy an Ingrid are super helpful and quick to respond. :)restaurants

The house was better than expected. Very clean and easy to use. The village they live in is wonderful. Nice places to explore and great places for food and drink. Downtown wasn't far via public transport. Just remember the metro stops running at 12:30am! Ask me how I know hahaha
