This house was a lovely place for a family reunion. We had lots of space and the pool table and ping pong were great for indoor fun. We enjoyed breakfasts on the balcony, overlooking the beach, however the road noise is fairly loud as the street is a main arterial. There was plenty of parking and the house was stocked with everything you needed - towels, beach gear, and all the necessary kitchen goods. From the photos, we thought the hot tub would be in the backyard, but it's in the front yard with the traffic noise, so isn't as private as we thought. We loved the proximity to the beaches and th downtown Kona.

The house was a great size and location, and having a pool and ping-pong table was awesome! We also appreciated that the grill was clean and in working order.
A few downsides though: the floors were not clean; one of the rooms had a moldy odor and really aggravated one guests allergies; the house is a bit porous (the screens had gaps), so there were geckos living inside and our teen found a huge centipede in his closet, which gave him quite a fright.
