The house consists of two floors, has 2 double bedrooms, living room, hallway, kitchen, bathroom / toilet, terrace and swimming pool. The house has a private pool (5 x 4.2 m, depth 1.5 m).
From the balcony, swimming pool and terrace there is a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Brač and Hvar, while on the other side of the house there is a beautiful view of Mount Biokovo.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning, kitchen, table, chairs and access to the pool. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a wardrobe and a view of the sea.
The air conditioner is located in the hallway, so both bedrooms have access to it. Bathroom: Shower cabin, WC.
This house is located in upper Tučepi, especially the hamlet of Podpeć, at the foot of a mountain slope, surrounded by olive groves, pine trees and Mediterranean plants.
It is 3.2 km away from the sea, the city and all its attractions, so it offers privacy and a peaceful vacation while enjoying the beautiful natural landscape.

Had a lovely stay, villa is nice, I do think that there should be something mentioned in the write up about the road that leads up to it, it you are not a very confident driver it could be a problem as it is extremely steep with sheer drops is not for the faint hearted, and the villa is extremely remote, we weren't expecting it to be so cut off. This aside Tucepi is lovely and quite near and there is loads to do with lots of restaurants and bars and a lovely beach. Split and Dubrovnik lovely and lots of lovely resorts along the coast. Owner is extremely helpful and on hand if there are any problems.
