** Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.
Mt. Baker Lodging Cabin #1 - A Perfect New Contemporary Family Retreat With a Hot Tub!
This new contemporary 2-story, 2+ bedroom, 1 3/4-bath home is the perfect retreat for your family vacation! The first floor features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a spacious living area with a gas fireplace and a hide-a-bed, a generous dining area, and a gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances and granite countertops. There are two bedrooms...one of which includes a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer, and both of which include 1-queen size bed, as well as monitors with wireless for streaming Netflix, Pandora, and Amazon Prime* (*on your account). Separate doors allow access to the adjoining rear deck. Sandwiched between the two lower bedrooms is 1-full bath. The second floor features an open loft sleeping area with 1-queen size bed, and an adjoining 3/4-bath. An expansive window area combined with a westerly exposure lets lots of sunlight into this bright and cheery home. Just outside the rear deck is a gas grill and your own private hot tub, newly installed! In the front of the house, there is an EV ready for Level 2 charging with Guest providing their own charger with NEMA 14-50 plugThis pet-friendly (2-Pets Max, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep 6 to 8 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy). **Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

We loved the open kitchen, cozy bedrooms, sparkling hot tub, and sunny living room in this house. The neighborhood was quiet and the location perfect for hiking or skiing. The management company was easy to reach and very helpful. Would definitely return!

The cabin is quite spacious and nicely organized.
The kitchen has everything that’s needed. The upstairs bedroom could use a new mattress, the current one is quite soft. The downstairs bedrooms are i very good shape. Would definitely come back.

The description says "new." It in fact needs a fair amount of upkeep, especially outdoors. I had to cut away 4 foot branches of a thorny bush in the way of the entrance. Clearly no one has maintained the property in a while. Additionally, the front porch furniture needs to be replaced. I was going to say that it needed to be repainted, but it is too far gone. The little table literally collapsed as we walked by it. The hot tub was nice. The shed behind it, though, with the Tyvek siding exposed, detracted from the cozy mountain vibe we had hoped for. Kitchen was well equipped. May we suggest more kitchen towels? Also would have been nice to have some extra towels for when we used the hot tub. Please warn renters to bring their own spices and kitchen staples.
