✅ The living area is tastefully decorated and features comfortable seating, making it the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils to cook delicious meals. The dining area has a beautiful kitchen island with 4 bar stools and 2 chairs.

Property was as pictured. A bit funky to get into but not that big of a deal. Spacious and nice location, underground gated parking is nice. Would definitely recommend.

My Mom and I traveled to Surrey for my daughter’s wedding. The accommodations were like the photos, Hubert was amazing in responding to questions prior to stay. The beds are comfortable, my mom and I had great sleeps and quiet building! Hair salon in the same building is also amazing with a great makeup artist! If you have an event requiring those services!!Location is great to Tim’s, grocery store and many other amenities, if needed. Thanks Hubert!

We were in Vancouver for a wedding. We have never used VRBO or any other rental. I feel that the trouble with communication was 75% our lack of understanding of the system. The property was very nice, clean, and comfortable.

ProsClean, Beds are comfortable, easy check in, secure underground secure parking, owner responds quickly to issues, washer/dryerConsIt's never quiet - it has 15 foot ceilings and hard floors, everything echos. Running the small washer/dryer just rattles the whole place, you can hear the elevator every time. The fan in the main bathroom never shuts off. The HVAC system is loud and wakes you up. It only really sleeps 5. 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full bed. Showers have no shelf to put stuff, as well as no safety rods to hold on to in either shower. Curtain in front of backdoor broke because it was missing the pull cord. The few things left in the kitchen was almost comical. A frying pan with no handle. 1 usable frying pan. 1 spatula, 1 large spoon. No dining table. Bar top with 3 flimsy chairs. 1 couch is comfy, 1 couch is highly uncomfortable. Average size TV on a huge wall. It could be worse. It checked all the big boxes for a safe place to stay, but it could be so much better.
