Welcome to “The Java House”, a beautiful home in the Seacrest Community located right off Scenic Hwy 30A! This luxury home offers 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and will sleep 10 guests comfortably. As you enter the home on the first floor, a dining area that seats 8, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and additional barstool seating. Just up the stairs to the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with a King bed and an ensuite bathroom, a guest bedroom with a King bed, and a laundry area with a front-load washer and dryer. As you make your way up to the third floor of the home, you will find a second guest bedroom with a Queen bed, a third guest bedroom with a Queen bed, and a bunk room with a Twin over Twin bunk bed. You will also find a private, rooftop deck on the third floor that offers lounge chairs that are perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand and watching the sunset. Just outside the home, you will find a covered front porch with rocking chairs, an outdoor shower that can be used after a long day at the beach, a large propane grill that is great for grilling out with friends and family! This home is also just a quick walk away from the nearest beach access, as well as the 12,000-square-foot community lagoon pool inside the neighborhood. This place had everything we needed and being pet friendly was a major plus. The location was perfect and this place was ideal for a peaceful family getaway.

The house was very clean and tidy! Perfect location to walk everywhere, we didn’t have to drive anywhere except to go to Publix, which was a given. Would 10/10 recommend staying here whether it’s just for 2 people or for 10! Very spacious!

Home is beautiful and very accommodating for a large group. Although the community was lovely the area 30A is quite congested. There are many restrictions for the private beach, we chose to drive to the public beach instead, but overall we had a great time.
