Had a very nice time!!….Bears were about, but no real bother. The Beach on the property is at least half of the joy!…we will book again if available!..

Fabulous lake front home in South Rubicon Bay. Wonderful view and location but home needs some TLC for the price. Kitchen well appointed. Great beach out the steps. Home manager responsive and communicates.

Lake Tahoe is a great place to enjoy. The rental was nice but cleanliness and maintenance of the property needs improvement. The dishwasher was not functional and foo residue and broken glass clogged the unit. There are cabinet doors missing in the kitchen area. The communication prior to check in is nearly non-existent. The WIFI was not working when we checked in but the owner did get it up and running on the first day remotely.
Overall the trip was good -- but the house needs some work.
