The apartment of 80 sqm, is situated at 1300 m with breathtaking views of the Belledonne. Perfectly equipped renovated in a style which links modernity and Savoyard tradition. Near the Saint François Longchamp ski resort and cross-country skiing domain and snowshoes, "Nordic Zone", 300 m from the house.
Possibility to rent our second apartment for 24 beds.
At the rear of the cottage / house, you can enjoy a partially wooded park mountainside, 5000 m², with swing.
Visitors have free access to a garage, outdoor parking spaces and a park adjacent to the house.
Lives on site, we are at your disposal for any requests.
You will find a train and bus station 20 minutes from the house and a taxi company based on all the Maurienne valley
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday, during the Christmas holidays and those of February.

In summer the mountain lovers and authenticity will enjoy the many hiking trails and small rural trails that, hamlet to hamlet, discover the rich heritage of the town, on "Pathways Baroque".
In winter, Montaimont is the gateway to the ski resort of St Francois Longchamp - Valmorel, and has a huge area of skiing / hiking and snowshoeing.
