About this house rental
This charming rustic farmhouse is set within a property that has been owned by the same family for several generations.
It includes a living room with a wood-burning insert and exposed beams, a family-style kitchen, three bedrooms, one bathroom, one shower cubicle, and one separate toilet.
You will enjoy a private, well-equipped garden (tables, chairs, sun loungers) as well as a small charcoal barbecue.
Guests also have access to a newly refurbished tennis court and to the swimming pool (open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.), both shared with the owners.
Bed linen and bath towels can be provided on request (€15 per person).
A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge upon request.
A cleaning fee of €60 applies.
The property is located 255 km from Paris, 45 km from Bourges, and 32 km from Nevers.

Visits to castles, Romanesque churches, and charming traditional villages
The historic town centers of Bourges and Nevers and their cathedrals

A great rural location for a peaceful holiday. Comfortable and well appointed accommodation, with pool and tennis court available. Great place as a base to see interesting towns such as Bourges, Moulins and Sancerre. Well informed, helpful and welcoming owners.
